Alanine Aminotransferase of serum allows us to judge the extent of damage to liver tissue (hepatitis). Rise of activity note at viral hepatitis (activity increases during the latent period, maximum activity note on 6th-10th day of the disease and gradually reduce to average level by 15th-20th day including cases of anicteric hepatitis).
Treatment
Alanine Aminotransferase of serum indicates a broad range of health issues. It includes toxic liver damage, cholestasis, hepatic cirrhosis, and shock complicated by myocardial infarction. Infectious mononucleosis (maximal levels recorded on the second week after infection, by the fifth-week normalisation of the group observed) also counts. And there are indications in case of excessive doses of salicylates. Moreover, long treatment by first-generation sulphonylurea drugs (diabetol) causes damage too.
Currently, colonic treatments are available at our Holborn location in the centre of London.
Methods of body detoxification
Detoxifying the intestine is an efficient process that restores the microflora balance in the gut. One of the popular methods alters the patient’s metabolism (usually improves), reduces toxicity throughout the digestive system, and stimulates intestinal motility.
We also highly recommend having colon hydrotherapy regularly. There is a selection of other ways to detoxify the intestine:
- stimulation of both the gut and the kidneys to form a natural withdrawal of stool;
- intestinal dialysis through the use of enemas or colonic irrigation;
- oxidative techniques by introducing sodium hypochlorite into the body to saturate different organs with oxygen;
- colon hydrotherapy to entirely cleanse the colon using distilled water.
It is essential to perform any independent technique of intestinal detoxification at home with great care. However, inadequately executed procedures can overstimulate the peristalsis of the intestine. Moreover, that can cause the elution of healthy microflora. In short, all treatments must be conducted strictly after consultation with a specialised doctor.
